Chicken Salsa Pepperoni

In a square Pyrex dish, arrange 6-7 pieces skinless, boneless chicken thighs. Pour over a bottle of homemade salsa. Top with pepperoni slices, followed by mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 30-40 minutes, depending on how brown you want your cheese.
