		<description>Hi Oscar, after all the recipes I&#039;ve seen I have to wonder if there is such a thing as a right recipe.  People all have different tastes after all.  Thank you mentioning  sweet yam powder.  I have never heard of it before, I, being non-Chinese.</description>

		<description>Unfortunately your recipe for oyster cake is not right you do not use cornstarch in the Philippines the Chinese community is huge they are Fookien from China you use sweet yam powder which is called Chihoon.</description>
